Forks over Knives at Fox Tower Jan. 7th!!!!

No.Fest 2010!

Don't miss this art explosion in St. Johns. Audio/Visual entertainment will engulf our not-so-sleepy peninsula! Proper Eats will be one of many venues on the "main drag" hosting free music and art Friday, June 25th and Saturday, June 26th. The festival is free and open to all ages! Hooray!

St. John's Parade and Bizarre May 8th

Proper Eats is having a birthday!!!

On May 8th, we will celebrate our fourth year as your neighborhood farm-direct grocer and planet-conscious restaurant in St. John's. All of St. John's will be bustling with the annual St. John's Parade and Bizarre. Armadillo Speedbump will play outside at 2:30pm and we will be selling tempeh reubens on the sidewalk! This is one of the best days of the year to be in our little corner of town-- the parade is legendary! Local crafts, beer garden, and a music stage in the plaza.... Come check it out!

Gluten-Free Goodness

We have some new items in the market for the Gluten-Free crowd!
We are now stocking Bob's Red Mill Sorghum Flour, Millet Flour,
Xanthan Gum, All-Purpose Flour, Pizza Crust Mix, and Cornbread Mix.
Hooray for Fishtale Pear Cider in the beer case, too!!!
We are also carrying chickpea miso for the soy-free friends of Proper Eats.


As always, the Prana raw bars, Living Spoonful and It's Alive Raw Crackers, and the Sea Kelp Crunch bars are gluten and soy free. Our homemade Date Fudge and Mummy Balls are always available for your sweet-tooth to enjoy!

A Proper Valentine's Day
